Create a category for custom post type and box

    Hello,
    I would like to know if that is what I did is right.
    I would like to create for my custom post type the category. Only for this custom post type.
    So, I created a taxonomy and called it category-post-type.
    When I go into my post type i would like the box (i say graphically) is like that of the default WP categories rather than that of the tags.
    I attach photos and hope to have explained to me.
