    hi i need to create 2 custom field in the page of when admin is replying the tickets

    field 1: price of the tickets( the price that admin will get to do that work)
    field 2: duration of the tickets( the dusration that admin will get to do that work)

    i want both of them typable by admin

    after that i want them be shown in the table which the person who send the ticket will be visible at there.

    how can i do that?

    Hi:

    You can find our custom fields documentation here: https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/custom-fields/

    But, I don’t think that will do quite what you want. Any custom fields you define will be visible to the user at the time they enter their ticket. It sounds like you want to be able to only have those fields visible on a reply – that’s not something we have in place right now. Only a bit of custom code would allow you do that.

    But, if you can live with having the user see the fields when they open the ticket then our standard custom fields will do the trick.
