CPU 100

    When installing the jetpack it breaks the web the CPU goes up to 100 and it gets slow, I already installed the previous version of jetpack and the problem is the same I have been unable to publish a publication from the cell phone for more than 2 days because it does not respond.
    Can somebody help me
