Thanks! I’m glad you love it! 🙂
Have you read all of this plugin’s Description page, specifically the section titled Integrating Challonge.com Tournaments?
Also, please double check the widget settings; the default settings should be what you want, at least for now.
Another thing you could try is adding an empty Challonge shortcode to a page or post:
[challonge]
This should list out tournaments similar to the widget. Does this say “no tournaments” as well?
Please let me know if this helps or not. 🙂
Thanks for the feedback! 🙂
Same thing with me, widget displays “no tournaments” and so does the shortcode “[challonge]”
When i use this shortcode in the page it works [challonge subdomain=”mysubdomain.challonge.com”]
But when you click the Tournament name, the pop up window just displays a blank gray window / box
Btw, my account is premium challonge account, dont know if that is an issue or not.
Same issues here.
[challonge subdomain=”mysubdomain.challonge.com”]
works perfect.
Widget no results

I’m not sure if you are experiencing the same issue as rameden. Have you tried using “mysubdomain” alone (without the “.challonge.com” part) in the widget settings?
@coldcut2214
I can only think of one reason you would see a blank gray box when clicking a tournament. You will see no bracket if there are no participants in the bracket and you should see no ad if you have a premium account. This leaves just a blank gray box. Is it still blank after adding a participant or two?
Thanks for the feedback! 🙂
Thank you, works fine taking off the .challonge.com part of the subdomain. Great support for a free plugin, I will send you a donation this evening.
Thank you! I’m happy it worked out for you and your generous donation is greatly appreciated!
I will make changes in the upcoming 1.1.4 release that will add the same flexibility to the widget subdomain field as the shortcode subdomain attribute so this sort of thing wont happen again.
The latest update (1.1.4) allows for more flexibility, so this sort of issue should be harder to come by.
Thanks! 🙂
