Hi,

plugin is not counting the shares.
I already tried everything from the 2 links that you provided for troubleshooting.

After 24h i’m getting still this message:

How much daily traffic you have?
Is it a dedicated server or a shared one with other projects on the same machine?

I’ve send you the e-mail but only got a standard/automated answer from Ilgıt Yıldırım, ..could you please check the mail.

I already did and replied to you via mail. Please do all further conversations via mail. These are landing in our ticket system and makes support easier for us. New update will be released in a few minutes

I am getting the exact same issue with exact same messaging. My daily traffic is only about 300 people a day so I doubt that the limit would have been reached?
