I run a backup copy of my website files on 28th the I used WPOptimize it failed. two days later I tried to restore my data same website same server and same domain but it failed looks like I lost all data.
Use different backup plugin. This one disappointed me.

Thank you for taking the time for reviewing our plugin. I’m sorry to hear that you have this issue. As per our forum guideline, please open a new thread and provide us with the restoration log so we could assist you.

You can find the restoration log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP. Please copy the contents into an online tool (such as http://pastebin.com/ ) and post the link in the thread.
