Cons :
If I get this right (I could be wrong), you have to use ‘another’ plugin from a different author just to use tickets?
Why not simply integrate the whole thing into just one system and NOT use another plugin?
Also, I did see sometime back that it had a desktop alert app – sadly, could not see this to try it out as that would be a game changer!
Pros :
Has to be the most easiest chat plugin around, setup in a matter of minutes – like this plugin!
If they need a tester, I’m your man 🙂
