    Hello,

I’m using the WP Rocket plugin to enable caching on my site. I belive that caching inteferes with the captcha plugin. I have a settings section in WP Rocket admin screen where I can exclude certain pages from being cached.

I can exclude pages by their URL or exclude pages that use a specific cookie. I’d like to use both approaches combined.

Therefore, my question is – what is the name og a cookie set by the capchta plugin so that I can exclude pages with that cookie from caching?

  • Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Captcha plugin by BestWebSoft creates only one cookie file named cptch_hide_banner_on_plugin_page, and it is disable the ad banner displaying for one month.

Unfortunately, we didn’t test how Captcha plugin and WP Rocket plugin are compatible. So we can’t tell you is it safety to use both plugins at the same time, but we recommend you not to use cashing on the pages where captcha displays.

    Sincerely,
    BestWebSoft Support Team
