Hi @esrmz,
- Could you please provide the URL of the page where you encounter this issue?
- Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Pages -> click on the page where you encounter this issue -> and send a screenshot of exactly how the PB Content Restriction was applied to that page? Please make sure that the Profile Builder Content Restriction meta-box (from the bottom of the page) can also be seen.
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.
Best regards,

Hi @esrmz,
I see that you’re using the Content Restriction functionality from our other plugin: Paid Member Subscriptions and not Profile Builder (for which you’ve opened this thread).
I looked at the screenshots you’ve attached and you’ve set the Content Restriction on those pages so that only the members who have an Active subscription plan (to one of those 2 plans you’ve created in PMS), will be able to see the contents of that page. So to rephrase this, as the content restriction is set right now, for the users to be able to see the restricted content they will need to be logged in and they will also need to successfully purchase one of your subscription plans (to have an ACTIVE subscription plan).
Note: In case you still encounter issues with this after reading the above information, then I would suggest opening a support message on the Paid Member Subscriptions forum (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/paid-member-subscriptions/ so that we can continue the investigation there since this Content Restriction functionality comes from that plugin and not Profile Builder.

Hello, thank you.
The users can’t see the content even if they are logged in, that’s the problem. Do you think this problem is because I register manually the users? First I registered as users on WordPress, and the I assigned to an active plan in PMS.
