Contact form validation

We are using contact form7 for our home page form,
there are having two options Offline puja and online puja,
We used your condional logic plugin also,
We want validation for:

1) When customer click on offline puja then select country so other than India customer will get error message that we dont serve at your place and if customer choose India and state other than maharashra and Jharkhand , City other than Pune and Ranchi will also get same error & after proper selection will redirect to offline puja listing page.

2) Online Puja does not need any error we serve every where online service but it will redirect to online puja listing
