• Hey

I just noticed the ‘Feedback’ in the Admin menu and wondered what it was, as it only shows text – no name, topic, mail or date (all required fields), here is a screenshot: http://imgur.com/qtl

I realized it was the feedback from the Contact form I implemented through the Jetpack plugin. But everytime someone submits something, they get redirected to a blank page or get a HTTP 500 error. Oddly enough, their text goes through to the ‘Feedback’ menu – but nothing else.

Here is the code for my contact form. I’d like to add that I also do not receive any mails, but receive them just fine on new user registration etc.

    [contact-form subject='GlobCom Contact'][contact-field label='Name' type='name' required='1'/][contact-field label='E-Mail' type='email' required='1'/][contact-field label='Subject matter' type='select' required='1' options='General Question,Technical Question,Content Addition (Photos etc.),Requesting resources,Suggestions/Criticism'/][contact-field label='Your question' type='textarea' required='1'/][/contact-form]

Anyone have an idea what causes this? I like Jetpack and would love to use this feature but as of now, it seems that I have to search for another plugin. It is also annoying that I can’t contact any of the previous submitters, dating back to February 2013, because there is absolutely no information included.

    Thanks
