    Hi there

is your site installed on the root folder or on a sub-folder ?

I ask because this appears to be as the place wordpress is installed at
    http://www.absolutecomfortutah.com/ac-wp/

unless you are running a plugin that’s altering the path of the home URL ?

when I go to the URL above, I can see the construction mode.

Hmmmm … I’m not sure since I didn’t set up and design the site. What do I check to see if there’s a plugin altering the path of the home URL. And if there is, what then?

from what im seeing in your site source code, the site files are inside a folder ( not in the root htdocs folder ) the folder is /ac-wp

As you can see, the plugin is running normally on http://www.absolutecomfortutah.com/ac-wp which is where WordPress is actually installed, and subsequently where the plugin is also installed.

I cant say with certainty why the developer chose to install the WordPress files inside a folder and not on the root directory. Maybe as a security measure ? just speculating.

Due to your site’s unique setup, this plugin will not work for you unless the site files are moved to the root folder.

I would advise not to attempt moving the site files until you’re certain of how things have been set up by the developer.

    thank you
