Hello @elreydelcava,
I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out.
I checked the Jetpack connection for www.elreydelcava.com and I can see that we have some issues connecting. This can affect also the Publicize connection, creating the errors you reported at the beginning of your message.
Can you reach out to your host and ask them if they have any blocks or limits on your XML-RPC.php file?
It’s also worth checking whether any Jetpack IP addresses are blocked. The full IP range can be found at the bottom of this page:
https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/
Have your host check on these, have them placed in the allowlist, and then try cycling the Jetpack connection by deactivating Jetpack in your wp-admin dashboard at Plugins > Installed Plugins and then reactivating it and connecting to WordPress.com again.
More info on how to do that can be found here: https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/
Once Jetpack is well connected again, the Publicize connection should resume working again; we’ll be happy to double-check this at your end, so let us know how it goes!
Semi-related, I also checked https://www.mywebisnotopenyet.com/ and it is offline. Let me know if you need help with Jetpack also on this site once it’s back online.
Hi Stef (a11n), nice to meet you.
ok, nice, let me check with my host provider. i will contact you again.
Thanks 4 your help.

@elreydelcava
I removed your message. CHANGE YOUR FTP and WP passwords IMMEDIATELY. You posted them in public and they’ve likely been indexed by Google already. NEVER EVER post access credentials on this site.
Steve Stern done, sorry.
hello again.
Stef (a11n) My host made XML-RPC.php right. Jetpack says we are connected. No Ip´s Jetpack blocked.
I deeactivated and activated jetpack again. Same problem, nothing change.
Can you help me again, please.
Hey @elreydelcava,
I checked the Jetpack connection and it seems to be working okay now, which is great news.
I noticed, however, that your social media accounts are not connected at the moment. Can you please re-connect them and check if the issue is fixed?
You can reconnect the social media accounts from this page:
https://wordpress.com/marketing/connections/
Let me know how it goes and if you get stuck at any step, just let us know and we’ll be glad to keep helping.

Hi Again. All it´s fixed, publicize works and it´s apears like connected. But in WooCommerce status i have next message: wp_remote_get() falló. Contacta con to proveedor de alojamiento. Hosting provider told me all about wp_get is done. ¿what???. It is my first time with this kind of problems with jetpack in all the wordpress i did.
Hi @elreydelcava
Since that error is in your WooCommerce status, I’d suggest contacting WooCommerce support directly about that:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
Since the Jetpack connection is working now, the WooCommerce team will be best placed to assist with that error.
@ironynews could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?

Thank you!
