Connection issue!

    hi. I just realized that my site is not working and have the following error message:

    cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30002 milliseconds

    I’ve been advised to contact your host about PHP_FCGI_CHILDREN settings. I use Bluehost but I am unable to login into my admin account on WP because of the Jetpack error. I need help fixing this asap!

    Hey there,

    On our end, it looks like your site is properly connected to Jetpack right now. However, that cURL error 28 timeout means your host is limiting how many connections can run to your site at once, which is stopping Jetpack from connecting properly all the time. This is a server-side setting, not something we can adjust from our end.

    I recommend you reach out to Bluehost support and ask them if they’re blocking Jetpack’s connections or limiting outgoing and incoming connections over XML-RPC. Then, ask them to:

    1. Allowlist connections to and from *.wordpress.com. 

    2. Allowlist the following IP ranges: https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/
