Connecting with wordpress.com

    We just updated Jetpack from 6.9 to 8.4.2. The plugin disconnected and now I’m confused about how to reconnect it. I can’t seem to figure out what the login is! Would it be a login that would also work for wordpress.com?

    Hi there,

    You need to log into the WordPress.com username account that you’d originally used for your Jetpack connection, yes. Once you’re logged into the correct WordPress.com account, you should then be able to reconnect Jetpack.
