Hello @alev,
Hope things are going great for you. Also, I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
I recreate the Restricted Key several times and still have the same error.
If I’m understanding this correctly, you navigated to the Manage API key page and created a test restricted key, and then you’re getting the error.
It could be related to a permission issue, or another account was selected from the top-left corner.
However, have you tried adding the Forminator App to the Stripe Dashboard as mentioned here: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#connect-to-stripe? Please note that if the install button is greyed out, you must select the correct account from the top-left corner of the Stripe Dashboard page. Once installed, you’ll see the newly generated test publishable and restricted keys, which you can add there. This helps resolve the issue.
Could you please try these steps and share the outcome with us?

Can I gave you full access to a website and you can investigate what is wrong with your plugin.
I talk to PayPall support and there is not issue with the theire part
Please help .
Or I will have to go to a different plugin and I really do not want dealing with this. because after payment gateway is connected we have tons of programming to do…+
Hello @alev
We did some tests on our end to try to replicate this issue, but I’m afraid that nothing we tried so far has been able to show the same behaviour as you are experiencing.
If you can provide us with more information, like the form export and site health info we may be able to identify the problem.

Hello Amin,
The link you provided is not working (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/topic-title/).
I have created an export of the form, although the form itself does not seem to be the cause of the issue. Everything was functioning correctly until the payment gateway connection process for Stripe and PayPal was updated.
Regarding the site health information, I am using the Gravity Forms tool to generate this data and hope it will be sufficient.
