conflit with Live Composer

    When i open editor mode in Live Composer, he stop work and apear the following error:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_plugin_active() in /home/xxxx/public_html/sj/wp-content/plugins/shortcodes-ultimate/inc/core/tools.php on line 252

    Somebody know any fix to it?
