    Hello,

I’m having a conflict with Super Socializer and WP Review Pro where it does not let the stars stay selected in the user comment reviews. I’ve tried it on PC in Chrome and MS Edge and when you hover over the stars, the stars highlight, but the click doesn’t seem to be recognized. On mobile the stars select, but disappear when you click away from that box on Chrome, Samsung Internet, and Safari. I narrowed it down by disabling all of the plugins and re-enabling them 1 at a time. Has anyone run into this before or know of a fix? Thanks!

    Hi there,

I guess, Social Commenting module of the plugin is causing this conflict. For this you can try installing the social comments plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/heateor-social-comments/. After this you can disable the Social Commenting feature of Super Socializer from Super Socializer > Social Commenting page.

That seems to fix it, but I’m not sure I can do with out the social commenting. At the very least the styling of it. Let me play around with it and see if I can come up with something. Thanks again for your help.

The plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/heateor-social-comments/ is for social commenting. I told you to disable the Social Commenting feature of Super Socializer because you just installed a plugin for the same. You would not want the Social Commenting getting enabled twice.
If you are facing any issues related to the layout/alignment of social comments interface, let me know.

Ok, I misread that the first time. That’s much better. There are 2 small issues now.
    1. Under the WordPress Comments tab, the plugin seems to stack 2 comment review sections on top of each other.
    2. Under the Facebook, there is a link that pops up for Facebook Comments Plugin that I can’t seem to make go away

Thanks again for all of your help!

    1. Looks like the original review/comment form is still there. You can add following CSS in the Custom CSS option at Super Socializer > General Options page in admin to get rid of that:
    div#commentsAdd{display:none}
    2. Sorry that link is part of the Facebook Comments interface and cannot be removed.

That did it. Thanks again for the help!

Sorry, I spoke too soon. When I add the custom css, it removes the review format from the facebook tab and only leaves the default comment block.

That should work. Would you add the CSS and let me know so that I can take a look?

I have add the custom css back.

The extra review form is no more there. That’s what you wanted. CSS is working.

I needed it removed from the default comments tab, but still be there on the facebook tab. Without the css, under the default tab, the review blocks showed up twice (I believe one was the default review and the other is the Facebook review) and under the Facebook tab everything was fine. When I add the custom css, under the default comments the second set of review blocks are gone, but they are also gone under the Facebook tab.

You don’t need the default review form in Facebook Comments tab. As the title says, it should include only the Facebook comments/reviews. Simple as that.
You should change the titles of Social Commenting tabs to Facebook reviews and Default/Standard reviews to make it more sensible.

If there is a way to include screen shots, that might clear some of the confusion.
