Conflict with WordPress Admin Bar

Occur an error on desktop and mobile:
If a user is logged in, so the wordpress admin menu bar (#wpadminbar) is showing on top of the site, the responsive menu (#wprmenu_bar) is not showing above the adminbar but is covered by the adminbar.
If the user is not logged the responsive menu is showing correctly.
