conflict with related post plugins

Whenever I enable a Related Posts plugin, each text-block in a post will generate a list related post list.

Plugins I tried:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/yuzo-related-post/ (This plugin allows disable related posts for Text Blocks, but the configuration didn’t work)
https://wordpress.org/plugins/related-posts-for-wp/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/related-posts-thumbnails/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/contextual-related-posts/
