Conflict with Puzzles theme

I am using Puzzles theme- http://themeforest.net/item/puzzles-wordpress-magazinereview-with-wooc/5690583

There are some issues whenever I activate Shortcode Ultimate plugin on this theme though its perfectly fine with twenty twelve theme. For few days this plugin works fine and the very next day it stops working. even doesnt allow the shortcodes released by puzzles themes to load properly.

Deactivating and activating the plugin resolve the issue for the new posts but for the older post it remain same, icons dont load just remain blank
