    Hi,

I have Sensetheme purchased on themeforest, If I have WP Chat enabled the custom CSS editor in the admin area of the theme is not workin, and nstead of the usual textbox where I can write css in it, I only see non-editable text.

    Any fix?

    Thank you

    Hi there

Thank you for sending the screenshots through.

Please open the above page with the console log open and let me know if there are any JavaScript errors that come up?

This can be done by right clicking on the page, clicking ‘Inspect’ and then on the ‘Console’ tab. You may need to refresh the page with this log open to ensure the errors are logged correctly.

    Hi,

This is the error. I think it has to do with the text editor.

    Thank you

    Hi there

Thank you for sending the screenshot through.

Please go to ‘Live Chat’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘General’ and ensure that ‘Enable notifications on all pages’ is disabled.

Please let me know if this helps at all?
