• Hi,
    On a page of a site built with Elementor Pro, I can no longer access the Elementor interface to edit it.
    It’s the only page on the site that has this issue.
    On this page, I’m displaying a PDF preview with EmbedPress. If I deactivate the plugin, Elementor opens fine.
    The issue occurred with version 4.5.6, and it’s still there after updating to 4.6.
    I don’t have any error in the log.
    Thank you for looking into where the problem might be coming from.

    Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue.

    We tested the latest versions of both EmbedPress and Elementor, but we couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end. Everything appears to be working as expected. Here’s a quick screencast for reference: https://d.pr/v/LwkQlE

    Could you please confirm if the issue is limited to that specific page? If possible, please share the URL of the affected page so we can take a closer look. Additionally, please share a screenshot of what you see when you try to edit the page with Elementor. If there are any browser console errors, those would also be helpful for our investigation.

    In the meantime, Please share your site health information. Please go to your WordPress Dashboard -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Copy Site Info to Clipboard. Then paste it in PasteBin and share the link with us. This will allow us to investigate the issue thoroughly and assist you properly.
