    Hi there,

I have this message on my WP Dashboard:

“You have multiple WordPress image optimisation plugins installed. This may cause unpredictable behaviour while optimising your images, inaccurate reporting, or images to not display. For best results use only one image optimiser plugin at a time. These plugins may cause issues with Smush.

    -Jetpack”

Can you please tell me how do I turn this off in the Jetpack settings and/or resolve this?

  • Hi @droyed

It appears that you have a conflict with some image optimization plugins, so you may want to disable Jetpack’s Site Accelerator features.

You may go to your WP Admin dashboard → Jetpack → Settings → Performance.

You can also find more information about that feature below:

    https://jetpack.com/support/site-accelerator/

Let us know how this goes!

    Hi Mehdi @muffinpeace

Thanks for that. I have now disabled that option under “Performance & speed”. Should I disable “Lazy-loading images” as well?

    Hello,

If you continue to see that message, already have lazy loading provided by another product, or aren’t interested in lazy loading, then you can disable that as well, yes.

Please let us know if you have any other questions!
