@jlrutland, thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry you’re having trouble with emails. This is often an incredibly difficult item to troubleshoot since there are so many possible causes.
The first and best route to take is to reach out to your hosting provider to see if the emails are being sent through the site. Your hosting provider should be able to see if an error has occurred or if emails are being blocked for some reason.
If your hosting provider can’t provide any more details let us know and we can try our best to narrow down the problem.
My host provider found that the emails were getting rejected. The recommended a SMTP plugin. Had to buy WP Mail SMTP Pro to get anything to work. the lite version would not connect to my provider. I am using Office365 for my mail service.
