Hello kthompson1886,
You’re referring to this tab of the plugin, right?
WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → Critical Updates.
There you can see a list of all detected vulnerabilities.
If there’s nothing there, or if the email contains information about other plugins, please let us know.
Also, please tell us the name of your site or its Service #. You can find the Service # here: your CleanTalk dashboard → the “Settings” button under your site name.
Service #991688
In the email I receive, I see 9 plugins at various levels of severity listed. Each has a vulnerability listed. But when I go into the admin side of WordPress and check the Critical Updates area, it has nothing listed.
Thank you.
We will verify the details on our end and get back to you within 3 business days.
Hello. Thank you for waiting.
We’ve discovered that your access key is being used on more than one website. It’s possible that one of these sites has the plugins mentioned in the emails installed, which is why you’re receiving them.
Please:
- Either update all vulnerable plugins on all sites, if they are your sites.
- Or change the access key on your site (this guide will help you).
Did it help?
