Comprehensive Membership with Exceptional Support

PMPro is a comprehensive plugin and add-on system for WordPress with exceptional support.

For our Newman iMotion website we knew we needed membership and researched extensively. I was sold on PMPro reportedly being easy to modify. Being a webdev, sysadmin and coder myself, I was pleased with this, although slightly apprehensive of extra work. I made the purchase and soon discovered my fears were totally unfounded.

I’m pleased to report that PMPro is indeed easy to modify, with excellent online documentation and video tutorials. Their support ticket system works well with quick response, same or next work day in my experience. The only time I waited longer was when their reply was much more comprehensive than expected, with links to docs, add-ons and code examples.

Setting up membership is very specific to your website’s needs. The ability to modify and customize becomes crucial before long. This is where PMPro shines and even more so, because the PMPro team has your back. It’s like doing a high-wire act for the first time with a decent safety net… no worries!

You’re not just buying a membership plugin but access to savvy people focused on getting you sorted. Setting up a member site is intricate work which forces you to carefully work out your business plan, website offering, wording, artwork, pricing, etc. PMPro provided an easy backend setup process to help me answer those questions. Everything just worked without issues or bugs. When I wanted to do something which I thought unusual, their replies pointed me to existing add-ons and code. I was the one learning and they had obviously been through this many times while helping others.
