compatibility issues with cookie consent banner

hi, i installed the livechat plugin on this website, divi theme + woocommerce.
it worked fine.(offline mode, leave a message mode for us)
after i installed GDPR cookie consent banner (webtoffee) and it has compatibility issues with your livechat. if i disable the chat, cookie banner is ok,
if both are active, the css of the website is disrupted, colours of menus, specific functions for accordion menu in page and so on.
i even setted the chat to go active after 10 seconds, but the issue remains
any previous expefience with cookie banners giving issues with live chat?
