Moderation functionality doesn’t come with this plugin. You need to use https://www.heateor.com/facebook-comments-moderation add-on for that.

If deprecated, what alternative is there? And then, why do you suggest comments moderation plugin (I didn’t if ask for a plugin to moderate; facebook has its own moderation tool and that’s enough, but my fb post and the comments related to it, aren’t appearing in the moderation area from facebook).

You didn’t mention that you are already using any functionality to moderate comments.

This support forum is for the plugin we offer which doesn’t include moderation functionality. FYI, you can try scraping your webpage using the Facebook debugger tool https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/. That might help.

People suggest to me that your Comments plugin might cause the error of not appearing.
But if you suggest scraping, that does mean you are talking about different things than I do.
If scraping can help that comments from my facebook site might appear on my wp site, then this functionality is not deprecated. Otherwise you suggested something that won’t help and that makes even less sense.
Also, if this functionality doesn’t work anymore, it doesn’t make much sense to use the plugin anymore, right?

Scraping the webpage is to make the comments appear in the moderation dashboard from your webpage.

Where is it mentioned in the description of the plugin that it will sync comments between Facebook page and the corresponding webpage? The features listed at the plugin page are working and if you want those features, you can keep using the plugin. Simple as that.
