comment_content merge field – HTML being stripped

    Hi. If someone adds HTML tags to their post comment/reply (e.g. text formatting or list tags), those tags are gone when the content is inserted in the Notification email using {comment_content}. Is that a WordPress thing, or something the plugin is doing, and is there a solution either way?

    Yep, this one stips the HTML tags. If you want to keep them just use the {comment_content_html} merge tag.
