Are you experiencing this issue when viewing stats in your dashboard, or on WordPress.com?
Could you also let me know your site URL, so I can have a look?
If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

Thanks!
It’s when viewing on my dashboard that I have this issue. Does it have anything to do with my authors being registered at WordPress.com? I considered this after I sent this question. I don’t think any of them are registered. My site is goingfor2.com. Thank you for your help.
Could you post a screenshot of the issue in your dashboard?
You can use a service like http://snag.gy/ to share your screenshots here.
Thanks!
I’ll have to wait until I can get to my desktop. I’m using my phone, and that link you supplied won’t allow me to add a photo from my phone.
Sorry. I thought I did this last night. It must not have sent. I uploaded an image to my wordpress site. here is the url. http://goingfor2.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/BCe8Mv7VBYrfMss5.png
Three authors are separated with their own stats. The other 6 authors are all combined into that one blank author. This is from my phone through the wordpress app with jetpack installed. iOS.
Thanks again.
I checked it on wordpress.com as well, and it does the same thing. Combines them all into one author.
Thank you, that helps!
Could you ask each one of these authors to go to the Jetpack menu in your site’s dashboard, and then click on “My Jetpack”. They will then be able to link their account with their own WordPress.com account.
Let me know if it helps.
My authors tried. Said they have no access. Is that something I have to give them permissions for?
Any other suggestions? They don’t seem to have access to it.
Said they have no access.
Could you ask them to click on the green button to link their account with their own WordPress.com account? That button should appear in the Jetpack menu. If they experience issues, could you let me know what errors they run into?
Thanks!
