combine share count with another plugin

I set the sumome share bar to be shown only on phones (max 480 px)
but on the desktop version I have another share plugin( https://wordpress.org/plugins/sassy-social-share/ )
and of course each plugin counts it’s own shares, but how can I get them to show the same amount of shares?
