Closed Tickets auto-deleting

    Whenever any agent or admin closes a ticket it automatically deletes. i have checked all the settings and i cant see anything that allows/prohibits this. can anyone offer any ideas on how this is happening and how to resolve it?

    i dont want closed tickets to delete

    Hi @jcresswell,

    Please try to go to Tickets – Settings – Privacy, scroll down until you find the Periodic Anonymization and deactivate the Delete tickets box.

    Also, deactivate your other plugins and test if the issue continues. Then, activate one by one until you find the one that might cause this issue.
