    Hi there, I like how Helpie FAQ Search filters items with the keywords, but have a couple suggestions that I think would help with usabiltiy:

    1. it would be nice to have a button to clear the search field and show all of the FAQ items again.
    2. it would be nice if the search terms were highlighted so the user can quickly find what they’re looking for

    We have fixed the above mentioned issues in our latest release.

    Please do update our plugin and confirm whether the issue has been resolved on your end (I suggest you to do it in a staging first before pushing it to live site).

    Hi @pauplesupport , I haven’t done much testing with the new version, but I can confirm that the above mentioned issue has been fixed. Much better, thanks!
