Cleantalk daily errors

during the past week or so I keep getting different errors on my cleantalk security dashboard.
Today it is this one:
“WRONG_SITE_RESPONSE TEST_ACTION FOR RC scanner__controller, ERROR: Connection timed out after 50002 milliseconds”
I’m getting tired of playing that same game of deactivate, activate, sync with the cloud…. how can I fix this?

Hi @karinbrenig,
Could you please try enabling the “Complete deactivation” option in the plugin settings and save the changes? After that, reactivate the plugin and check the issue again.

thank you for trying to help. Unfortunately complete deactivation doesn’t solve the problem. I still get daily error messages.
Today they look like this:

Any ideas what I could do?
