Chrome on Mac bug

    We are running the following:

    Wordpress
    Woocommerce
    WCFM Marketplace
    Geo my WordPress
    Google Maps

    We are unable to geolocate the correct address when using Chrome on Mac. Our app persists in posting the nearest town crossroads as opposed to my address. This is an issue on two of the same build laptops (Macbook) running the same browser (Chrome) in the IP address (near San Francisco). This is not an issue on a Mac running Chrome in Los Angeles nor is it an issue on the same Mac in SF running Safari, Firefox, etc.

    Hello @jtsf71,

    Are you are referring to the auto-locator feature of the plugin? If so, then I am afraid that there isn’t much to do about this. The accuracy of the auto-locator depends solely on the browser and the plugin has no control over it.

    The accuracy can differ between different browsers and depends on the method the browser’s retrives the user’s location.
