CHMOD error

    I installed plug in and when I run it, I get the following error,

    Error: (2101) Unable to create a new directory for backup. Please check your CHMOD settings of your wp-backitup backup directory

    I’ve searched high and low for trying to resolve this but I can’t find anything that points me in the direction to resolution.

    What am I missing?

    ps0303,
    There are quite a few things that can cause that error so please create a support ticket for me using the link below. Once created I will send you a request to turn on logging and forward me your backup logs to see whats going on.
