Chat not working for guests

    Chat plugin “bubble” and dialogue window doesn’t appear for guests when allowed. Chat is not working if you are logged in and want to write as guest. After clicking on “Continue as guest” will turn off and restarting chat. How to solve this problem? Thanks for any ideas!

    I have only installed it recently but found it isnt working as it should. The automated responses do not pop up
