chat icon added a hyperlink?

    When you click anywhere in the chat window, it re-directs the user to a website. We didn’t add any link to the icon, wouldn’t know how to or see anywhere in the settings to allow that.

    Hi @clt ,
    may you provide us the following information in order to help us investigate the issue.
    1) Which plugin’s version do you use?
    2) In which website do it redirects the user?
    3) Which browser causes the error? Did you tried in different browsers?
    4) We visited your site and in offline form the issue doesn’t appears. In which form do you face the problem?

    Additionally you can disable other installed plugins one by one and try the WP live chat functionality because it seems like a conflict with another plugin or with your’s site theme.
