Chat Box Animation Setting

    Hi there,

    I’m getting a “This field is required.” message when trying to save my settings. This keeps coming up in the Chat box animation section even though a selection has been made.

    Any advise would be great so I don’t lose all my custom settings already set up.

    Hi @thandungen ,
    indeed there is an issue when you are trying to set animation in styling settings. We have replicated it and it will be fixed with our next plugin’s update. Please follow the workaround steps below in order to save your settings.
    1) Load settings page.
    2) Select styling tab.
    3) Change animation selection to ‘No animation’ ( do not change anything else and do not click another animation before the selection )
    4) Save settings. Settings will be saved without error.
    5) Refresh the settings page, pressing F5 button.
    6) Try again the steps and this time select your preferred animation
