Hello,
I did change the featured image to the suggested size and that just did not work, as the image is still not clear. I would like to choose your service as the provider of livestreaming on my community website. But, I cannot do it if the channel image thumbnails are going to be of such poor quality. As, my users would be unhappy…so I am going to need help with this issue, as I have no way around it. I can’t use your service for my social site users if their profile thumbnail images are going to be of such poor quality.

This issue is the reason why I have not upgraded yet, because I have been trying for sometime to find a way to fix this issue.
