What’s New?

We are happy to announce that we have recently launched our Consultancy Program. In this program, we assign a consultant to a customer based on their needs. This was done with the aim of offering a highly personalized experience before, during, and after live-streams. These consultants act as an extension of our own support team but resolve issues that are outside our support team’s reach.

Consultants aid with navigating WordPress, resolve plugin conflicts and misconfigurations, explain and help implement beta and experimental features, and provide all this in the language of your choice.

We were looking to avoid all major streaming platforms because our content is religious and we didn't want to deal with censorship. What a wonderful surprise to not only find a solution but also find a solution that works almost perfectly with WordPress. So far we are thoroughly pleased with the service and the features.

For us, a company's support is nearly as important as their product. Upon starting out with WPstream (free trial) I had no idea about bandwidth usage. Well it wasn't long before I ran through the free bandwidth just trying to get OBS to work for us. I should have used a different free platform to set up my OBS then tried the same settings on WPstream (a little tip for the reader). The point is...when I realized what I had done I sent an email from WPstream's very easy to find email contact. Within hours, not days, I had my reply from WPstream. WOW! They are very nice people. Beatrice authorized additional bandwidth without delay or further questions. Seems to me these are good people with a very good product and they are trying hard. We will definitely be buying a subscription when our trial time is up. THANK YOU WPSTREAM ! YOU'RE ALL DOING A GREAT JOB !

I was interested in this plugin because it seemed to fit into our requirements, but the trial version was so limited that I did not have the chance to test it integrated with a custom Elementor page (insufficient bandwidth). I would need to extend the trial a little bit more to check whether the integration is straightforward or not. I have already read other comments and reviews talking about the easy configuration, which is actually true.

I've been using WPStream for almost a month now. Integration was easy, but the admin side needs some work, there were spelling mistakes, unclear verbiage, and lack of instructions. It doesn't play nice with Elementor very well so you are limited to the things you are able to do which I found a work around for the things I wanted it to do vs what it could actually do. Their support has been helpful most of the time. I customized quite a bit of the theme and plugin coding to match what I wanted (and created some custom functions). The only thing I wish it did better was more data/bandwidth. Without spending over $100.00/month, you are stuck only streaming occasionally, not daily like I need to.

Its really easy to install and easy to implement in your own website. But you need a subscription for a monthly payment (19$ month) wat is ok and i would pay it. But when i testet it max 6 ppls can connect to my stream and after that it beginns to lag. So i think they have not a good bandwith. So i cancel my monthly abo after a week. I make different test with ppls from different country. After 5 or 6 ppls it beginn to lag and for that i dont pay every month.
