changing Review textbox with css or something

    Hi,
    i have a problem changing the size of text boxes of review form.
    when the review form open in the mobile the text boxes are very long. im really beginner but i tried my best to change it with css but it seems i dont do it right way or something is blocking my codes.
    i dont know how to do that.
    my website is http://www.gaterepairencinoca.com/ and the review form is on the bottom of page after call to action.
    please help me go trough it step by step as im beginner.
