I already changed the wordpress and site url to https under General settings.

The images I upload still upload as http:

I’ve been looking everywhere for a solution to this and can’t seem to find the solution for it no matter where i look.

Hey there,

To force SSL on your site you’re best using a plugin, or to set it up server side – rather than just changing the URL like you’ve described.

An example of a plugin that might work:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-ssl/

And here’s an explanation of how to use .htaccess:

http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/ssl/how-to-force-ssl-using-the-htaccess-file
