Changing How Reviews Display Names?

    My boss initially wanted the reviews to only display the initials of the submitter, but now he wants to change it to first name and initial of the last name. I believe I made the changes in the settings, but it’s still not displaying how we intended it to look. What am I missing?

    Change it in settings (Site Reviews > Settings > Reviews) and then flush your page cache if using a caching plugin.
