    Starting on January 1, 2018, the MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin forum will no longer be actively monitored by a support team.

    The forum is still open for searching and creating new posts, though new topics created will not be addressed by the plugin author or support.

    Although the plugin author will not be monitoring new posts, other users may be able to chime in and assist in troubleshooting or finding an answer to the issue at hand. You can also search the forum to see if your question has been asked before.

    The plugin’s Github page can be used to document issues or share feature requests you may have. Be sure to troubleshoot thoroughly and search for existing posts before creating something new.
