• Hi I just switched theme and lost my header categories. These were set up as pages in my former theme and are still present on my dashboard. When I go to pages on my dashboard all the pages are still there but they no longer appear on my header. How do I put these categories back? Thanks all.

I gave up and went back to my previous theme which did have all the header categories on it. After refreshing they are gone. So it seems I still need directions for how to activate my pages so they appear at the top. Can you help with that?

What theme is it? To add categories – on the left side of the menu screen, lower down there is a categories box – click the ones you want to add to the menu. Click add to menu.

That warning doesn’t pop up when a person selects it from the theme selector menu but thanks for sharing.

I went back to old theme and still just need to know how to get my pages to appear at the top of my blog like they were before I tried to change themes.

When I go to my Tender SPring theme specifically menu page I have the above mentioned pages on the left. On the right I already have a custom menu created titled follow me on bloglovin. I created this to put a sidebar bloglovin follow bottom. So I have tried this:
Selected About, Contact me, Giveaways and Sponsor then selected add to menu and save – did not make them appear at top of blog.

Tried creating a custom menu in the top right next to the Bloglovin custom menu and named it Header. Then selected all my pages and added it to that menu and saved – this also did not result in it being added to the top.

ok seems it all stems from old themes.. I tried many just now and each had same issue. I wish you would delete these themes as newer options aren’t supported. Guess I wont be changing my theme anytime soon. Fond 5 I liked and ALL five wouldn’t support headers which seems to me to be a basic feature. I’m back to my old theme and staying there until I find another blog platform I like I guess. Bummed. Thanks for all your help
