Change “Ticket” word to be “Request”?

    Is it easy for us to translate the word Ticket(s) to be Request(s) in most/all areas?

    Hi:

    You should be able to – all strings are in the translation POT file so you should be able to use translation to change them. Some items such as the outgoing emails can be changed in the SETTINGS.
