Change or add fields?

    Hello, I am using your contact form as a way for people to upload images of their vehicles to be used in our gallery. What I would like to do is add a custom field, or change a fields title.

    For example, here is a standard form:

    NAME
    ________________

    EMAIL ADDRESS
    ________________

    SUBJECT
    ________________

    MESSAGE
    ________________

    BODY

    ________________

    What I would like is to add an extra field for:

    VEHICLE YEAR, MAKE, MODEL
    _________________________

    and/or

    WHEEL MAKE, MODEL, SIZE
    _________________________

    Is this possible?

    Hi,

    You can assign different labels to the fields:
    1. Please go to settings page ‘wp-admin/admin.php?page=contact_form.php’, open the block ‘Additional options’.
    2. Mark the check box (if it’s not marked yet) in the block “Change the labels of the contact form fields and error messages”, choose the necessary tab, click the twistie to expand the list of the fields and fill in the fields.
