Can I manually change the daily malware scan time? I have 8 sites, and I want to set a specific time for them in the middle of the night so they don’t affect site performance during the day. I don’t see a way to do it in the plugin settings or on the security dashboard on cleantalk.org.

How can I change the times?

    Hello @alive-media,

You can set a specific time for automatic malware scans directly in the plugin settings.

Please go to WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → Malware Scanner.

Enable “Set the time when the autoscanning starts” option. You will then be able to specify the preferred start time for the scan.

Please note that this setting uses your browser timezone. You will need to configure it separately on each of your websites.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

I don’t see the Malware Scanner option. Here are the only options I see on the General Settings page inside my WP Admin dashboard:
    Modules vulnerability detection
    Admin Bar
    Miscellaneous
    Trust text, affiliate settings

    Am I missing something?

When I downloaded the plugin update I mentioned in my other thread, it fixed this issue. It appears the WordPress.org version may have a bug.

    Ryan,
    Thank you for the update.

Could you please confirm whether the required settings appeared after installing the updated version? Were you able to set the preferred time for the automatic scan?

    Thank you!

Yes, all the settings appeared properly once I updated the plugin to the github.com version. I am able to set a scan time now.
